En masse began with a vision to provide an opportunity for the finest minds from top management schools in the country, the industry and academia to come together on a common forum; voice their opinions, exchange ideas and forge the course of the road that lies ahead.

Who will be the chosen few whose merit shall come to the fore?
Whether it be folklore or fiction, history or mythology; parables from the past are steeped in mention of the prodigious strength, courage and intelligence of many heroes we’ve grown to admire and look up to. Yet, even among them, were some who were a cut above the rest.
The likes of Hercules - the symbol of unparalleled fortitude and endurance!
So, what was it, which set Hercules above and apart from the rest of the many fighters, warriors, seekers, travelers and mercenaries of yore?
What was it, which earned him - a mere mortal, a place among the Gods in Olympus?
IT is that which will set YOU apart from the many others who seem so like you, this En masse!
And to test your mettle, we bring you a varied choice of twelve grueling events, which embody the spirit of The Twelve Labours of Hercules. Although the trials to be undergone here are by managers and leaders of today, in a modern corporate setting; they are symbolic of the ever evolving challenges passed down from generation to generation, which allow for knowledge to be acquired and progress to be made.
